**THINGS TO KNOW:**
Goddess Hormonal Support Tea can be prepared as a tea or an infusion. Both methods involve pouring hot water over parts of a plant, but they differ in the amount of herbs used and steeping time.

- For PCOS, infertility, heavy painful cycles, PMS, endometriosis, fibroids, cysts, elevated blood pressure, high A1c, and other hormone imbalances, prepare an infusion.
- For minor cramps, dull headaches, or general maintenance, prepare as a tea.

If you consume Goddess Hormonal Support Tea during your first cycle, it may increase blood flow due to its blood-cleansing herbs. However, some women with prolonged menstrual cycles have reported that the tea actually stopped their flow.

**INSTRUCTIONS:**
- **Infusion:** Pour 10 oz of hot (not boiling) water over 2 tbsp of herbs. Steep for 6 hours.
- **Tea:** Pour 6 oz of hot water over 1 tbsp of herbs. Steep for 45 minutes. Strain herbs from the tea. Do not eat or swallow the herbs.
- To rewarm your tea, place your mason jar in a pot of hot boiling water.

**TIPS:**
- Have a cup every day for a month. Avoid consuming on your cycle. Some women report that it stops excessive bleeding, but this is not guaranteed.
- After a month, you can reduce to a few times a week.
- Continue drinking the tea until your hormones are balanced, and then for maintenance.
- Consume anytime with or without food. The tea provides energy, so drink it when you are most active.
- Do not use boiling hot water to prepare the tea as it can destroy some of the medicinal properties.

**HOW TO KNOW IF IT’S WORKING:**
You may experience better digestion, stabilized blood sugar and blood pressure, less bloating, lighter cycles, clearer skin, fewer cramps, less general pain, mental clarity, increased energy, a regular cycle, regulated ovulation, and a better mood.

If you have PCOS, fibroids, polyps, cysts, endometriosis, or absent cycles, you may not experience a short, painless, light cycle in the first month. Healing times vary among women based on individual diets and lifestyles.

**TASTE:**
Some women find the taste bitter, while others say it is light and refreshing. Avoid adding sweeteners to prevent spiking your blood sugar.

**DIETARY & LIFESTYLE RECOMMENDATIONS:**
- Avoid dairy, soy (fermented soy like tofu may be fine), refined sugars, unhealthy complex carbs like potatoes, white rice, pasta, bread, conventional processed meat, and pasteurized dairy.
- Organic chicken, poultry, and grass-fed beef are fine. The issue lies with processed meat.
- Incorporate fresh organic seeded fruits and vegetables into your diet for best results.
- If your insulin is high, avoid high glycemic fruits like bananas and pineapples, and reduce carb intake.
